House description
Small house located on a domaine with a field of nearly 5000 m², on the edge of the town of Lézignan Corbières. It is nestled in the heart of a panorama of enchanting landscapes, this cottage is a step between idleness and discovery. This geographical situation makes it possible to be close to all the tourist interests of the area : the Canal du Midi and the city of Carcassonne (all classified as a world patrimony of UNESCO), the Cathar castles and the Romanesque abbeys, the village of Minerve on its rocky peak, the Lake of Jouarres and its nautical base and ... the white sandy beaches of Gruissan 34 km.
In the domaine, there is the own's house and the one dedicated to renting.
The cottage of 50 m² built on one level, is comfortably furnished for 3 people ; ideally for 1 couple with 1 child.
Living room of 20 m² with dining / lounge with a sofa bed for a third person. American kitchen equipped. 1 large double bedroom with plenty of storage space, spacious bathroom with toilet.
The cottage has a private terrace with views of the surrounding hills. The private pool of 8m x 4m is equipped with deckchairs which help relaxation and rest.
Parking on the ground, private access to the cottage. Views of the pool and the Corbieres hills. The owner speaks English. Sorry no pet allowed because the owner has already a dog.
our opinion
I have been particularly attracted by the lush environment, the space and the view from the house and from the swimmingpool area; Moreover, this house is an excellent starting point for many cultural excursions.
