A recent house with enclosed garden with private swimmingpool, located in the charming village of Argeliers. The environment is calm because the house is in a dead end. The main local shops are within 400 m.
This place is an excellent compromise for those who wish to combine seaside attractions and cultural discoveries. The lively beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne Plage resorts stretch out on the coastline less than 30 km away. And, within a radius of 50 km, the possible excursions allow to vary the centers of interest : Narbonne the Roman, the Cathar castles of Corbieres, the medieval village of Minerve and the citadel of Carcassonne (classified as a world patrimony of UNESCO) as well as natural sites such as the Canal du Midi, Jouarres lake, Bages ponds (very frequented by migratory birds), and also La Clape Regional Park (known for its picturesque hiking trails).
The house, on one level with an area of 100 m² is comfortably furnished for 6 people.
The garden of 520 m² is decorated with a private swimming pool (4.70m X 3.50m) secured by an alarm; 2 tiled terraces (one in front of the house and another in the back of the house, which allows to either seek the sun or to flee). The solarium, also tiled, extends the pool to the front.
The garden, partly grassed, is beautifully flowered and planted with trees. You have a nice barbecue.
In the house: a spcious room to live with living room, kitchen and lounge area, 3 double bedrooms, 1 independant bathroom, 2 separate toilets.
Parking on the ground. 1 animal allowed.

The ideal situation is an asset for this holiday house at 30 km from major touristic attractions and white sandy beaches.
