It is a very good compromise for those who wish to combine the seaside attractions and the cultural discoveries. Within a radius of 50 kms, the possible excursions allow to vary the centers of interest : the Roman Narbonne, the Cathars castles on the corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and the citadel of Carcassonne (classified as a world heritage site by UNESCO). As well as natural sites such as the Canal du Midi, the Jouarres lake, the Bages pounds (very frequented by migratory birds), and also the La Clape Regional Park (renowned for its picturesque hiking trails).
For lovers of idleness at 30 km away, the lively beaches of Gruissan and Valras plage resorts as well as the more family resort of Narbonne plage are spread over the coastline.
The house of 170 m², built on one level, is comfortably furnished for 10 people.
It has a fully fenced garden of 1,000 m², a large private swimming pool secured by a barrier, a solarium, a summer kitchen and a large covered terrace open from the living room.
