Spacious renovated house, located on the outskirts of the village, with a private swimming pool area and a large garden of over 5000 m².
This is a very good compromise for those who want to combine the seaside attractions and cultural discoveries. Within a radius of 50 km, the excursions allow you to vary the points of interest : the Roman city of Narbonne, the Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve, the Citadel of Carcassonne (World Heritage of UNESCO) and natural sites like the famous Canal du Midi, the Jouarres lake Jouarres, the Bages bounds (frequented by migratory birds), and also the regional park of La Clape (known for its scenic hiking trails).
For lovers of relaxation, the lively beaches resorts of Gruissan and Valras plage and the more family oriented Narbonne plage; all within 30 km.
The house of 280 m² is comfortably furnished for 10 persons. It has a large volume with spacious rooms and a "vintage" decoration.
In continuation of its sunny facade, is a double terrace of 250 m² completely private.
The 1st terrace is equipped with garden furniture and umbrella, the 2nd is furnished with private pool and solarium paved. It is equipped with several sun loungers and a rattan bar. The pool of 8.50 m X 4 m is protected by a barrier net.
The other 2 sides of the house open onto an unclosed private field of 5000 m².
Ground floor : entrance with large staircase to the 1st floor, large living room of over 50 m² with reading area, spacious kitchen with utility room of almost 30 m² and separate toilet.
Upstairs : 2 double bedrooms, 3 modular rooms with either a kingsize bedroom or a twin bedroom. 2 of these bedrooms are very spacious, 1 with a separate bathroom and 1 separate toilet. 1 independant shower room with WC, 1 independent bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
Parking on the ground. Sorry pets are not allowed.
