Lovers of hiking and mountain bike trails are spoiled for choice when choosing a route between the shady banks of the Canal de la Robine, the steep paths of massif de la Clape and Bages especially favored by bird watchers .
Fans of seaside relaxation can indulge in their favorite pastime onf one of the three stations offering huge strung white sand beach : Gruissan the most animated, Narbonne Plage more quiet and the familiest and the most picturesque and sportive Leucate. All three are located within less than 30 km.
As for cultural discoveries, it is indeed a place where history has left many traces and where it is easy to take a trip between the Roman city of Narbonne, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Romanesque abbey of Fontfroide and Cathar castles nearby.
The house of 220 m² is pleasant throughout the year because it is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Narbonne. It has a large garden of 2200 m² landed and planted of many trees to provide shade or space for fun. The house is comfortably furnished for 12 people. A conservatory and a large terrace open onto the garden and pool area.
On the ground floor : veranda of 15 m², kitchen, living / dining room of 80 m² with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Separate shower. Outside toilet.
On 1st floor: 3 double bedrooms one with 1 en suite bathroom and 1 another air-conditioned, 1 bedroom with twin beds, a separate bathroom and separate toilet.
The 2nd floor: large double bedroom with private bathroom and air conditioning.
Nice view of the garden. The owners speak English and German. Private parking. 30€ extra per week for 1 dog allowed.
