This house with garden is located in the heart of the lively seaside resort of Portiragnes plage, 200 m from the sea and nearby shops. All activities are accessible on foot. It is the place for lovers of relaxation on the beach and of sea swimming. Portiragnes plage is a seaside resort for family, on a human scale, which will satisfy young and old. People keen on discoveries will also be satisfy with major cultural sites that are just at few kilometers : the Canal du Midi, the village of Pezenas, the Roman city of Narbonne, or the port of Sète. Those who want to return to the animation of the major seaside resorts have to head to Le Cap d'Agde or Valras plage. The house of 110 m² built on the same level, is comfortably furnished to accommodate 9 people. Entrance, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 single bed, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 shower room with toilet outside attached to the house, 1 lounge, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 large veranda to enjoy the first and last rays of sun, 1 separate toilets. The garden of 400 m² is lawned and planted with trees, large terrace on the side, space for 1 or 2 cars. Views of the village. 30€ extra per week for 1 pet allowed.
