The house is very well equipped and its landscaping is a strong point. The 800 m² fully fenced garden is planted with trees, flowers and partly turfed.
At the back, beautiful private pool of 8m X 4m secured by an alarm accessible from the veranda. The beaches of the pool are converted into a solarium area of 100 m² with no over looking. Down below, a green area with grass, a cherry tree and an olive tree.

The exterior of this villa is most enjoyable and conducive to holidays in excellent conditions : beautiful relaxation area with a large private pool, spacious dining terrace and pine forest in the background. All this 20 km from the beaches and in a very dense cultural environment.

The roman town of Narbonne at 6 km, the Citadel of Carcassonne (clissified at World Heritage by UNESCO) at 50 km. Near to the Cathar castles and Roman abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse.
The city of Béziers at 31 km with its Saint Nazaire cathedral, the Pézenas Medieval village where lived Molière at 53 km.
