This is a very beautiful charming house, fully renovated, located in the village of Bélarga. Although having a large garden with private pool, it has nevertheless all the benefits and convenience of a village house. Halfway between Clermont l'Herault and Pezenas, this village was once a ford of the river "Hérault" which cross it. Today, more fun activities like swimming and fishing are favored, including a little beach.

The house is situated in a quiet village. The external environment is very pleasant and has no real towards. The terrace is naturally shaded by a large tree. The private pool and secure, shallow, there is so much to cool for swimming because it has a length of 10 m.
This posh house has been completely renovated. The ground floor has kept an ancient character with square pieces, antique tiles and marble fireplaces. The floor has been refurbished in a more modern with a large living space. A particularity: the home has 2 kitchens.

Beautiful mansion tastefully renovated with 2 levels completly different. Ideal base situated at less than 40 km from majors cultural and natural sites and wellknown sea side resorts.

Medieval village of Pezenas (where Molière lived much of his life) at 13 km, Beziers (summer festival) at 28 km, city and habour of Sète at 33 km. Typical town of Clermont l'Herault at 12 km known for its feudal castle and church of Saint Paul. Montpellier is only at 37 km (old village, Antigone, infantry museum, Musée Fabre). Abbey Valmagne in Montagnac at 8 km.
You are only at 86 km from the famous viaduct of Millau.
