Apartment in a mas completely independent, on the outskirts of the village of Latour Bas Elne, is in a quiet environment, with the Alberes in the background.
The proximity of the wide white sandy beaches and summer activities of resorts like Saint Cyprien or Argeles can be a complement of a stay rather quiet at first. You are close to many activities while enjoying the quiet of the pool 9 x 4 m with deck chairs and secured by a fence, all on a plot of over 5000 m². The pool is possibly to be shared with the discrete owners who bathe rarely and not when you're there.
This is an ideal location for hikers and bike rides because you're just on the edge of Aspres and Roussillon valley. It is also an excellent starting point for many excursions including cultural, the fortress of Salses built by Vauban, Castelnou Castle, the Priory of Serrabone, the Museum of Modern Art in Ceret and Dali museum in Figueras, not forgetting of course the Palace of the Kings of Majorca and the eventful life of Perpignan.
The couple who could benefit of the swimming pool only on weekend, and is away much of the day. The apartment of 140 m², located on the first floor with independent entrance, is comfortable for 8 people. It is embellished with two spacious terraces : one adjacent to the apartment and the other located on the ground floor.
Entrance, separate kitchen, living room with fireplace and spacious dining room of 50 m², 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 separate bathroom and 1 independant toilet.
Views of the countryside, the Massif Albères and over the pool. Parking offroad. The owners speak Spanish. Sorry no pets allowed.
